They are lightweight yet the sole is supportive and good for walking or light hiking on a groomed path. My only concern is whether the narrow Velcro straps will hold up over time. Great deal.

I bought the blue/black, love the color. The fit easy to adjust and comfortable from day one. Have used then to hike 3-5 miles on uneven terain - no problem. Highly recommend these - glad I bought two pair.
