The inside of this jacket is super soft and fluffy faux fur. I'm sure the kids will love it for this reason -

This jacket is perfect for this weather. The fit is awesome (some may say a smudge too small but it's too close to call). We got it for our 6.5 year old who is an average build, and height in a size xs-6 . She LOVES it! I would say, if you have a child with extra long arms or extra long waist order up a size! Also, it's not one of those awkward reversible items. It looks amazing worn either way.
