  • NOT big kid sizing
Reviewed by Scout Mom from Virginia on Thursday, December 7, 2017
Should have listened to the first reviewer. Ordering the size 7 after asking specifically if this was big kid sizing. Was told it would fit a 10-12 year old so ordered for my son. It's true, the 7 is a toddler shoe. THIS IS CONFUSING STP because you have the 6,7,8, AFTER the 12,13 when the sizes are listed. This usually means that the numbers AFTER 13 are indeed big kid. North Face calls this a YOUTH shoe. The size 7 is no bigger than my hand. I know no youth that small. Now I need to return, get something else for my son to wear on camping trips, and am frustrated.
  • Bad Info on Sizing

I received this shoe and despite the manufacturer calling it a "youth" - it is a toddler size. Need to return and STP needs to give out accurate information!

About The North Face

Believe it or not, The North Face story didn’t begin on a high-altitude ascent. It actually began in San Francisco at less than 200 feet above sea level. However, what started as a neighborhood mountaineering shop has since evolved into an industry-leading, award-winning outdoor equipment and apparel brand. Since its inception more than 40 years ago, The North Face has grown to include clothing and gear designed for nearly every type of adventure, from alpine skiing to backpacking to trail running. Today, The North Face jackets and pants are chosen by world-class athletes, and The North Face rugged boots help carry explorers through the toughest terrain, from the icy slopes of Everest to Utah’s Green River basin.
