definitely not a 0-20 degree farenheight jacket. more of a mid layer in very cold temps. suitable for 30+ degrees. the jacket is not as tapered as it appears. it's more of a box fit. once you got some base layers on underneath, it looks better. this jacket is compressible. don't think the posting noted that. there is a double sided zipper in the left hand pocket that allows for compression. wish this jacket had internal pockets. the length is ideal given that I'm 5'. I have a short torso so it helps to balance my proportions. this jacket is soft and warm on skin. some jackets will give you a cold sensation when it hits skin, but this jacket doesn't which I like. for the price I paid for this highly sought for jacket, I might just keep it. really great price for this thermoball. everywhere else sells it for $120+. with STP's discount, it's a STEAL!
