My favorites are walking crew, but lately the elastic at the top has become uncomfortably tight. This Health Padd style has the "turned-over" top that is less tight on my calf, which is good, but it doesn't have the shoelace padding on top of the foot, which is not so good, but not a deal-breaker, especially with the low low STP price has. I went to the Thorlo outlet store in Statesville, NC this fall hoping to find good deals, but STP prices are lower. Whenever I need to pad an order to reach the minimum amount for free shipping, I add a pair of Thorlo (or two or ten) to the cart. Too bad the actual STP retail store near me doesn't have a wide selection of Thorlo socks.
