  • Beyond Excellent!

I purchased these boots after reading several reviews online and at STP. They all were accurate. The boots have a minimal breaking period, they are super comfortable, they are waterproof and it takes a day or two to get use to the higher heel. Others have said the boots are sized to fit but I had to return a 9 for an 8 because they were too big and I wear a 9 in most boots and shoes. My job is outside, in NH in the rain, woods, mud, cold, hot and often in large damp and wet areas. The boots have held up extremely well. Timberland offers a 30 day trade in if you don't like the boot....which I could have ripped up after wearing the second day. These are outstanding boots for someone who is on their feet and outside in harsh conditions.

These boots were beautiful. Looked like great quality. The price was fantastic, thanks STP. They just were to bulky for my son. Thanks for your great products!

    Easy break in true fit
  • Comfortable right out of the box

I ordered these to replace my 7 year old work boots. They were comfortable right out of the box. However I should have known 'logger ' boots meant heavy. Because of that I will have to return them. I used my old ones for walking during the winter and these were too heavy to do that. Other than that - great price for a sturdy boot.

  • “When you say they are waterproof what dose that mean I go hiking and go through small creeks. I don't want wet socks at the end of the day.I have some vasque boots that are breathable. They worked great the first year. Then they started leaking water. when I asked about them they said that's normal after a year I don't want to buy boots every year ”
Asked by hiking Rod from Illinios on 12/5/2017 3:09:01 PM
    • These are completely waterproof unless water gets in over the top! It is normal for most waterproof items to lose some of the waterproofing after a year.

About Timberland

The Timberland footwear brand was officially launched in 1973, more than two decades after founder Nathan Swartz bought an interest in an established shoe company. Eight years earlier, the Swartz family had introduced injection-molding technology to the footwear industry. Today, this revolutionary manufacturing process is still being used to fuse the soles and uppers of Timberland boots without stitching, a process that allows for truly waterproof boots. Over the years, Timberland shoes and boots have continued to advance, incorporating modern features like Active Comfort Technology to provide a balance of cushioning, support and climate control. In 2008, Timberland also became the first footwear company to commercialize the use of rubber from recycled tires.
