I like the look of these boots but i debated on returning them because of the stiffness of the ankle area. Also the ankle area is also wider than it could be.     I like the look of these boots but i debated on returning them because of the stiffness of the ankle area. Also the ankle area is also wider than it could be. The soles are also not as comfy as i expected from Timberland but with Dr. Scholls insoles they were comfortable and upon wearing them the stiffness of ankle area didnt bug me as much. I ultimatesly kept them because tbey are cute and water proof and i got a really great price from STP.
