Great mat that feels somewhat like memory foam, but more dense. Can't beat the price on STP, and if you don't use it for yoga, it makes a cheap anti-fatigue mat!

I bought this for yoga because I usually have to double up on mats or something because my knees hate having a hard surface beneath them. My yoga-instructor friend just poked fun at me, calling me 'Jane Fonda' on the way to a yoga class. Awesome :) It makes me so happy. It works ok for yoga. It is stretchy and doesn't sit as well on the floor the way a traditional yoga mat does. Sometimes when I adjust my position it makes a large squeaking sound on the wood floor. Which is kinda a little irritating, but oh well. Also, after getting sweaty and doing the downward dog or something my hands feel like they're going to slip- not quite as grippy seeming as other mats I've used. Despite these few minor complaints, I'm much happier with this than a traditional yoga mat, because now my knees are happy :)
