I needed a winter jacket that wasn't too bulky and could be worn in casual and work settings. I also really wanted a sherpa lining because I love that fabric for warmth. I searched the internet and arrived at this T&C Yukon jacket. There were very few/no reviews so I went out on a limb. The first jacket arrived with a oddly-sewn collar but STP exchanged it, and the second was fine. The main jacket has the sherpa lining all the way up to the collar. The sleeves have a nylon lining and poly fill that is very easy to slide past your shirt sleeves. I like the fit of the jacket but the sleeves are long and the jacket itself is a little long. I'm 5-8 and 180 lbs and bought the large. I rolled up the sleeves at the cuff, but it seems like the jacket was made for that. The outside is blackish-grey with a somewhat odd material that is claimed to be water resistant. I'm pleased overall and would recommend this.
  • very high quality jacket

Great jacket. I'm 6ft2in tall, 165lb, 34/35 arm length. Ordered medium. Fit great everywhere except a little snug across shoulder blades(upper back). Even length was good - a couple inches below waist.

Sherpa fleece is wonderfully warm. Only real complaint is that sleeves are thin - like thin jacket, so it seems a little weird to wear. Not really a cold weather jacket unless wearing long sleeve shirts, or similar underneath to keep arms warm. Thick sherpa fleece at chest and thin sleeves don't seem to go together.

  • “The lining in the sleeves is it considered and insulating type material or is it rather thin and not really warm?”
Asked by Bubba D from Maryland on 1/12/2018 5:47:31 PM
    • Sleeves are made up of two very thin layers of material. Cloth like exterior and slippery nylon type interior. No insulation at all. Chest area on the other hand is plush, warm fleece. It's almost like wearing a warm fleece vest with a thin outer shell. I wore in 20 degree weather with a long sleeve shirt underneath and it was fine for most activities. I do like the added movement in the arms, which is what i suspect the company was going for.

    • The sleeves are no insulated.
