So disappointed

These shoes are so attractive, and I have wanted a pair for 2 years. When I finally slipped them on, they pinched my feet where the upper goes into the sole, by the heel. They weren't even as wide as narrow shoes, let alone medium width. It is made of heavy plastic, so there is no way it will stretch. They must be irregulars.
