The most horrible design ever

I've had a Travelpro suitcase for years, and it finally gave up the ghost, so I bought this one, which was slightly larger, thinking it would be good for a long trip. The design is so flawed, it's hard to know where to start, but here goes:

--It is TOO WIDE. Why is it so wide? It makes the whole thing way too big.
--Its wheels do not work right. They are supposed to be "spinners" but I could not make them all go in the same direction. I ended up dragging it around like a 2-wheeler, because it just careened everywhere otherwise.
--The button on the handle is positioned so that you cannot touch it (use the handle) without activating the button and lowering the handle height. This makes the handle worse than useless.
--It is extremely flimsy. My previous travelpro was sturdy and well-made. This one flexes, wrinkles, and doesn't zip well. I am sure it will not last, let alone stand up to airline baggage handlers.

Even though this suitcase is brand new to me, I am going to throw it away. I'm not even going to donate it, because I don't want to inflict its uselessness on another person. There's $60 right down the [...], but that's not a bad loss, considering the hardship it inflicted on me dealing with it on my trip.
