I am 5'11" and 165 lbs. I generally wear a size 43 jacket, 15 1/2 33/34 shirt. Based on other reviews I bought the medium and after one wash I could not be more pleased with the size. The sleeves are still long, but not uncomfortably so and the shoulders hang a couple of inches as well. A small may ... Read More

  • “I recently bought this. Can I exchange it for a smaller size? It's extremely big for an XL. ”
Asked by Jessica from Ohio on 12/26/2016 5:26:24 AM
    • Go to the support button and click on it and you will see exchange and returns. Click on it and it's self explanatory. Hope this helps.

    • I also recently bought this. I purchased a small men's white turkish cotton robe. I had a simalir reaction. I am 5'7 and considered having a Taylor recut and restitch. Then I thought about it. A guy takes a shower after dinner sits with has wife to watch Madam secretary and the comfort level is unreal. The amount of 100% pure cotton is absorbent and breatheable and covers all areas of him to stay warm. Women might really like it because of the freedom it affords you to keep the family jewels covered and protected. Although it works both ways, To much freedom is healthy in terms of makingg babies. Nothing beter for the family jewels than to stay un restricted. Tell it they way I feel it.

    • I don't know why you couldn't. I would just call them and explain that the robe is to big. They will explain on how to return the item.

  • “I ordered a size Large, but may need Medium. What is a size Large baed on?”
Asked by Melinda from MS on 12/22/2016 9:13:12 AM
    • These are based on chest measurement. If you hover your mouse over or click on the sizes the corresponding numeric size will be displayed.

    • I wear a size 16 women's clothes. Don't get me wrong I like it roomy but I can over lap the front about10 to 12 inches. I also stand 5' 1 and it drags on the floor a couple of inches.

    • Return and Change to Medium
Answered on 12/22/2016 6:07:50 PM by tomato31 from JAPAN
    • As far as I can tell they are true to size. I can say that I ordered a medium for my father so he can wear his PJ's and still have room to move. I would have to say a large would be based on a heavier built man or bigger boned man that would possibly wear a large size shirt or 36 to 38 size jeans.

    • I'm 5'-11". The MED came down to mid-calf - too long, in my opinion. Also the robe in general was much to big.

  • “How much does this robe weigh?”
Asked by Margie from Chicago on 1/7/2016 2:57:43 PM
    • It weighs 2-3 pounds. It is a very good quality robe.

    • Hi -- I'm not sure of the actual weight of the robe as I ordered several items. It's a nice heavy-weight robe, yet flexible enough for a good elbow-bend. My husband's last robe was SO heavy that it was too bulky. I think you will love this robe! Let me know if I can answer more questions. Take care!

    • Hi Margie the robe is heavier than a regular run of the mill terry robe, but it is a better quality robe. My husband likes it. I have not washed it yet. (They say) it will soften up, we will see??
