First one had chipped cover

The first one arrived with a chipped cover. I did a return request and they charged me for shipping. I started an online chat with the STP customer service and they said they took care of the shipping charge on the returned item. Since I still wanted the pot, they had me place an order for a replacement and after the order was submitted, they modified the order to remove the shipping change.

I have not received the replacement yet, but as long as it is the same as the first one, but without the chip, I will be very satisfied.
