From what I could tell they do get a bit darker.
“It appears the blue googles have a blue tint lens and the white goggles have a clear lens.
If so the blue would be more effective against sun rays.

The lenses are the same. It is the angle at which the photograph was taken that has made them appear to be different.
“Are these womens or children sized? I noticed the "small" in the title but cant tell any difference otherwise.”
