An economy version of a good product

Bear spray can be one of the most effective means of dealing with an encounter with an aggressive bear. I always carry it when hiking in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and Alaska. Like most people I have never had to use it, but having it with me, now feels like a necessity. UDAP is one of the better versions of Bear spray. However this size is limited to a shorter spray time. The next larger size is only marginally heavier. The version being sold here does NOT have a glow-in-the-dark safety clip, or the small tether that will keep the clip with the canister, when removed. The glow in the dark feature is useful to have if the spray is with you in a dark tent and the tether is good to have so you don't have to think about what to do with the safety clip, should you ever have to use the spray. The sale price for this spray is very good and, since I usually hike with my wife, we have two cans of spray with us and one is the larger size, so the capacity of this size, is only slightly limiting.
