Good streamer box

This is a good heavy duty streamer box. It is pretty bulky and heavy but seems bomb proof. I plan to use is as a boar streamer box and it fits this bill perfect.

Large capacity box of large flies. Zerust is great addition to help prevent rust on your flies. The box is heavy duty and made of a heavy plastic which some, maybe many, fly fishers may think this is a major negative for the boxes so maybe that’s why Umpqua brought out a new line of boxes and are discontinuing these. Maybe the weakling fly slingers should hit the gym or go buy the lighter weight boxes at more than twice the priced these.

About Umpqua Feather Merchants

Dennis Black, the founder of Umpqua Feather Merchants, realized way back in 1972 that demand for his expertly tied fishing flies would quickly surpass his ability to create them in sufficient supply. After enlisting some of the best fly-tiers in the industry to help set Umpqua flies’ standard of excellence, Black established the first of five separate fly-tying factories with a focus on producing the best flies constructed using top-tier materials. Today, Umpqua now has factories in Sri Lanka and Thailand, both faithfully reproducing time-tested patterns and introducing promising new patterns year after year. When you fish with Umpqua flies, you’re fishing with one of the best names in the industry.
