Extremely heavy duty baking sheet

To start with there is a label adhered with some sticky substance- try and peel it off with the label as it is dark hard to get off if it is left on the pan. Once that is done it is a very heavy duty pan with a non- stick coating and wavy lines that seem to elevate the food. I used mine with a non- stick sheet but still had some leakage and it cleaned up fine. Like them enough to retire my old jelly roll pans. One of them warps a bit when it gets to 300 degrees but I am used to the warping sound from the oven so no worries. Just be careful with it when it comes out of the oven as the warp makes it sit funny.
