I baked my first loaves of bread in these loaf pans with wonderful results. They released the bread easily, and no adjustments were needed to the baking time or temperature. Best of all they do not have the folded metal construction that traps the butter or oil and especially dishwater that my other "high end" pans from the well-known gourmet store have. I'll be interested to see how they hold up.
