This is standard polypro utility cord, with a low weight limit. There's no specification listed for this, but similar utility cord has a weight limit of 80 to 150 lbs. Not knowing what this is spec'd to, and knowing that every knot weakens the line, and that this line is made in China, I'd say, 50 lbs or less for a weight limit. Good for hanging a bear bag, or lashing down a tarp over a load (it's relatively low-stretch). I wouldn't use it to lash the load itself. Me, I bought it to teach knot tying, and it's perfect for that: Nice synthetic that's easy to manipulate and soft enough to tie and untie well. Why 4 stars? Because it is what it is, and without a spec, I have no idea just how strong this is. You takes your chances, but for the price, and for my use, it's a good deal.
