2.0 out of 5 stars. way too small for sizeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Boston on Saturday, September 23, 2017Went up half a size and even tried a wide...to compare w/ my other Vasque boots, I think I'd have to get a full size up *and* go wide. So disappointed...ended up shipping the boots back 3 times to Sierra Trading Post and there is no stock left of the ones that might fit..this makes me reconsider mail ordering boots for sure :-P

3.0 out of 5 stars. Looks well built but way too narrowVerified Buyer Reviewed by ken from Massachusetts on Tuesday, August 15, 2017This isn't similar sizes to other Vasque models...the shoes are wayyyyy too narrow and even a half size shorter.
That's why all the wide models are sold out. The narrows only work for people w/ narrow feet :-( -
3.0 out of 5 stars. smaller/narrower than their other modelsReviewed by ken from Boston on Saturday, August 12, 2017Not sure what Vasque's design team were doing w/ this.
I wear another pear of Vasque's that are a few years old in a size 8.5 so I thought I could just buy the same size for this pair.
Nope...way too short and narrow like it's a full size too small. Exchanged it for a size 9 thinking that'd be enough...length is now ok but now it's still not side enough and Sierra Trading Post is out of 9 wides :-(
Vasque, get your act together! Your shoes should be similar sizes for different models... -
3.0 out of 5 stars. Vasque Breeze - NarrowVerified Buyer Reviewed by Scott - Idaho hike leader. from Idaho on Wednesday, July 19, 2017Purchased these knowing that several reviews had said they were too narrow.
Well they are really narrow, put new hiking socks on in the a.m.and the shoe was really tight, and not true to size 9 length.
Terribly disappointed, because the boots have such great quality in materials and craftsmanship.
Returned the next day -
5.0 out of 5 stars. perfect out of the boxVerified Buyer Reviewed by VT Trout from cincinnati on Thursday, July 13, 2017I have had problems in the past with Vasque products feeling to narrow, but these were great out of the box. One decent length hike so far in wet/dew conditions and water shed right off.. Like Keens, the laces never want to stay tied. They are not "look at me" boots, but subtle.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Breeze IIVerified Buyer Reviewed by Banffinator from Atlanta on Monday, June 19, 2017Excellent light weight, waterproof hiking boots. Prefer the older version of these in wide. Great price and service from STP as always.

4.0 out of 5 stars. A little too narrowVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from North Palm Beach on Monday, June 12, 2017I purchased a pair of Asolos and these boots. The Vasque were softer, lighter but too narrow. I usually don't buy wide shoes, but with these , I would. I baight the medium width. I'd recommend the wide. The Asolos were perfect width. Stiffer than the Vasque though

3.0 out of 5 stars. Nice bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Donald Smith from New Mexico on Monday, June 5, 2017I really like these boots. They are comfortable and light. The only problem I have with them is they run a bit small and narrow. The ad said they were true to size so I relied on that. Turns out they run about a half a size to small. They fit like a glove when you first put them on, by the end of the day they are to small. No thick socks with these boots. If I buy anymore I will buy a half size larger. They also have a bit of a chemical smell to them, I'm hoping it will go away soon. If I'd known they were small I would have sent them back right a way but after wearing them a week I doubt Sierra will want them back. Otherwise a very nice boot.
Thanks
