I'm 5'9" and about 145 pounds, and the small fit me well. These leggings don't have quite as much give as the space-dyed leggings from Reflex, but the waistband is high enough that I can still bend or stretch without them slipping down too much. I wear these at the gym for rock climbing and yoga, and have no complaints so far!

The band is nice and wide and the pocket might come in handy too. Since it's reversible, you can also fold down the band a bit if you want it on your hip bones more. Did I mention that these are gorgeous?! I love the blue pattern :)
