5.0 out of 5 stars. Pack holds a bit!

The size of the backpack is small enough to be comfortable yet large enough to hold a decent amount of stuff in action to the water bladder.

I bought this after my girlfriend bought the Helena (same pack, but for women) about a year ago. Hers has held up nicely, and mine looks to be holding up well after a week of hard use in Florida. We've been to the beach, hiking, and doing tourist things. The pack storage organization is excellent, the bag dries quickly, and it doesn't hold sand. The side compartments hold a Nalgene when I don't want the weight of the bladder (and the bladder and mouthpiece are great too).
    I highly recommend.

Lots and lots of room in this! Compartments are great to separate money, keys, small stuff, etc. The 3L water bladder....whoa!! This is a great backpack whether you are biking a trail > 60 miles or doing an adventure hike 10 or miles. The down side...if there is a problem, Camelbak will not refund your $$ as it was not purchased directly from them. Hopefully, there will be no issues but it would be reassuring to know it can be returned/replaced..

I bought this as an entry level pack for my nephew. He is 6' tall and a stout 18 year old young man. He just stated hiking and this pack met all the needs as well as the features he liked. It fits him perfect. His shirt size is an XL, but if you are smaller it will adjust to fit you. Camelback is a trusted name and this product did not disappoint. The green drab is a great color as well.

This was perfect for a camping trip. I had plenty of space for snacks and spare clothes for the kids. I would definitely buy it again!

About CamelBak

The story behind CamelBak hydration packs started back in 1988 when a guy named Michael Eidson was preparing for the “Hotter’N Hell 100,” a 100-mile summer cycling race in Wichita Falls. Before the event, Michael (an EMT by trade) filled an IV bag with water and stashed it in the back of his jersey. With the tube slung over his shoulder and a clothespin to pinch it closed in between drinks, Michael had unknowingly created the prototype for what would become the CamelBak hydration system. Fast forward more than 25 years, and CamelBak is now the world’s leading hydration pack company, with more than 80 different products, including reservoirs, backpacks, hip packs, CamelBak water bottles, travel mugs and more.
