5.0 out of 5 stars. Looks so good! Is so warm!Reviewed by Living the tropical life. from DC on Thursday, November 22, 2018I have been in the habit of buying my hubs and children the warm, good quality stuff, and never really found something that looked good, that I liked, that kept me warm. I would just wear my husband's jackets when I needed real warmth. I hadn't even heard of duck canvas when I felt like there wasn't one thing that would cut the wind. And now I know. Being factory seconds, though, I did notice that the sherpa lining on the inside of the left flap of the jacket wasn't stitched through- I can easily do that myself- I have STILL saved over $50. :D I never thought I would want Carhartt for myself, but I have to say it's like putting on a warm blanket when I put this jacket on. The only thing, which I understand is something that corrects itself over time, is that the material is stiff. I have already washed and dried it once, but it hasn't quite changed. Which is fine, because I'd rather be warm and deal with the stiffness for a few weeks, and then forever be able to enjoy it. :D

4.0 out of 5 stars. WarmVerified Buyer Reviewed by Ananbanana from Montana on Thursday, November 1, 2018Good jacket and very warm. A little big, I am usually a size 4 and S, I got the small and it was a still a little big and roomy, I could have went with an XS if they carried them. Able to wear a lot of layers underneath, arm length is right on. No flaws that I can tell. A little bulky but that what you get for a heavy duty jacket.
Would buy again. -

5.0 out of 5 stars. Looks quite nice.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Bob the builder from New York on Wednesday, September 12, 2018Typical Carhartt jacket. Rugged and of good quality. Bought as a gift so not sure what the "Seconds" flaw might be. Usually an odd stitch or patch, but nothing that detracts from their fit or use. This coat has a nice pile lining that extends into the hood also. The zipper with weather flap that snaps is also a plus.

5.0 out of 5 stars. ExceptionalVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Massachusetts on Wednesday, March 15, 2017This brown Carhartt jacket is perfect for me. A while ago i purchased the same jacket in red. Excellent quality
and style for women.
Hardware is excellent which is a very good feature. I am a way past retirement age woman so it is not a "working" jacket for
me; but i do go out often in this cold, windy New England weather and this jacket does the trick in keeping me comfortable.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Sandstone BerkleyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Alaina from PA on Monday, February 20, 2017I love this jacket. It doesn't have the pocket that most of them have on the upper left chest, but I love it. I like that is has buttons and the color and how the sherpa lining is brown like the jacket.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Just what I was looking for!Reviewed by Anonymous from Pennsylvania on Sunday, February 12, 2017I have a Carhartt sherpa lined vest that my daughter picked up several years ago at a thrift shop...and I love it! Wanted to copy the results with an actual long sleeved jacket..and I'm totally pleased! Only downside is that it doesn't come with the "beaten down, worn in softness" that an older, well loved Carhartt has.
