I usually have to wear XLT in shirts and jackets in order to have adequate length in the sleeves, but the XL in this jacket was quite adequate. I wouldn't describe the jacket as "roomy" (at least not on me), but I wore it at the driving range and didn't feel that it restricted my swing. The Sierra price was so good I ordered two colors initially and was glad I did.
