The color is spot on and it fits well, leaving room for a thick sweater on really cold days. The reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the belt loops are practically non-existent. They are a thin, the kind you find on a blouse, and will surely break down soon as they are not thick enough to hold the belt when not tied. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my purchase!!

I called customer service and the rep on the phone asked me if I knew anyone in retail who could remove it for me.
Seriously?
I sent it back for a full refund.

I had bought the caramel colored fur trim leather gloves here to go with it and it's really more of a brownish tan with a hint of caramel. Also, intead of belt loops there are strings which I thought was strange. But it's a nice, classic coat and pretty warm.

The only bad thing is that it turned out to be larger than it is not the size in size, take one size smaller. And That's in general I'm happy!
