I am in recovery from breast cancer and on chemo with a port in my chest. In other words everything across my chest hurts! However, this camisole is soft, supportive with a bit of spandex without being constrictive. I bought two but I'm going to get them in every color. I am a 34-C and bought the small as I wanted the fit to be snug so I don't have to wear a bra. This size worked perfectly; I'm 5' 2". The length is also very comfortable, riding over pant tops. I use these to layer for winter and they add just the right amount of core warmth.

This one is a good length, not too long over the hips and the fabric is pleasing to touch and have next to the skin. I usually wear a 4 and based on the reviews I bought a medium (6) in several colors and they are just the right fit under the arms and not too close to the pits.
