Ordered my usual size XL because I like to layer with sweaters on cold days. The XL was huge fit more like an 2XL at least. Loved the Blue color and quality. Sadly no Larges left and returned. If the jacket would of fit and not have been so huge I would of rated it a five star. Would like to see an option in the review section that rates the fit.

It has plenty of pockets, looks very well constructed (as is my experience with all OR products), and is really nice to look at. I am 5'4", 125 lbs, big busted -- and the small gives me plenty of room for layers without making me look like the Goodyear blimp. Yay!

It is wind resistant, snow-resistant. The hood is perfect over my hut. The zipper opens from both sides what is a very big plus when you are shoveling the snow and your movement are not constricted. Runs truth to size. I like it very much.

I have gotten tons of compliments on it! With only a thin shirt underneath I have been warm enough to spend about an hour outside in 20degF temps. Very happy with it. I ordered my normal size, medium. Love it!

Not sure yet for colder / windy weather. The zipper is light weight, and I have to be careful at lower edge of zipper when zipping - does not always feed. Seem to be getting extra warm under arm pits - perhaps they put too much fill there. Glad I purchased.

It is puffier than the Mountain Hardwear jackets but not too puffy. The wine color is nice. It is more fitted than boxy. I am 5-6, #150 and a Medium was a nice fit. I absolutely LOVE having a hood. Also the back covers my butt. I must admit I have not worn this in the cold weather yet but I think it is going to be fabulous. A great buy.

Temperatures were in the mid-thirties with a light drizzle. By half time of the game the shoulders and sleeves were wet. Rain had soaked through the inner portion of the sleeves (where the elbows bend). Weather reports that day were for 35 mph winds and temperatures in the mid to low 30's with a slight chance of rain. This jacket is not waterproof, it did fairly well with the light rain. Had I been moving the rain likely would have rolled off the jacket. I say this because the water did bead when the rain began. I agree with the other reviews to order a size down. I ordered a large and it does run big. I plan on layering for the winter months, so I'm keeping the large. The pockets are deep enough to hold several ziplock bags of snacks and the breast pocket is roomy enough for a smartphone/ear buds and cash and credit cards.
