5.0 out of 5 stars. SmartwoolVerified Buyer Reviewed by KEAW from INDIANA on Wednesday, February 8, 2017I wear a size 13 shoe and now only wear XL Smartwool and Keene wool socks. My previous Smartwool socks fit well and wear forever. I needed some additional colors for my new brown walking shoes, and the PhD V2 Outdoor Light Socks fit the bill nicely.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Tight SocksVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from vancouver on Tuesday, February 7, 2017Honestly a bit disappointed in the size of the socks. Rarely would you find someone with size 12+ shoes size have tiny calves/ankles. The foot size is good but the calf size is good for my size 9 wife.

Also, a little too light.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great socks!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Stanley from Maui, Hawaii on Thursday, November 10, 2016I found nothing of lesser quality about these socks to qualify them as seconds. They are genuine SmartWool socks for about half the price I've seen in other outlets.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great for Work SocksVerified Buyer Reviewed by dlnordin from Minnesota on Sunday, October 23, 2016Almost as much cushion as medium. Normally I buy medium and wear outdoors for construction/demolition activities.
PhD and ski/snowboard for winter are what I wear in Minnesota. These are comfortable. Wear very well, I'm 240 lbs.
No visible faults I can detect. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Most Comfortable Socks EverVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Austin, Texas on Friday, September 23, 2016I love these socks. I have a pair of the mid weight that I wear on longer hikes that eve performed well soaked after a deep river crossing. I'm in Texas and wanted something a little lighter and cooler... these have not dissappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by greydog from Spokane, WA on Wednesday, September 21, 2016Great light to medium socks. They stretch over the foot, are a go-to for everyday wear and light hikes. I like the medium weight version better for all day hikes or backpacks as they have a little more volume around the bottom of the foot
