They are not restrictive just snugger through the thigh than pictured with a big flare out right under the knees. Can't decide if it's a flattering look or not. They are comfy.

The description says it all. Love the flared legs cuz they keep me cool. Normally I wear a Large, but these mediums fit perfectly. And the price is amazing.

The small in the capri tights (barberry colored one) was too tight in the hips/thighs and the medium in the capri (black with the wide/cuffed leg) was too big in the waist area. I'm 5'6'' 132# and have about a 10" difference between waist and hip. I wear a small in the Lucy brand.

The fabric is thicker than what you may be used to which offers two benefits: excellent compression and an opaque product -- even when in downward-facing-dog. The waistband is high, covering those stretch marks and eliminating that "mommy muffin top."
Personally, I love the fabric, but if you are used to thin work-out fabrics, these may not the pants for you.
One last note: The black and grey capris have the cute cuff. The pink capris are the usual plain 'ole tight around the calf. But the color is awesome & you will be complemented!
