5.0 out of 5 stars. Pleasantly surprised

After reading the product reviews, I was skeptical but was willing to take the chance. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. The fit was perfect (I'm 5'3", 118 pounds) and ordered my usual Size Small which was perfect. It's heavy enough to wear in the Spring and Fall. It's 100% polyester so washing it was a breeze. I find it flattering - not boxy at all.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Love it!

Lightweight, yet very warm. We keep our house pretty cold and this is perfect for wearing over light shirt and is warm enough for working outside in temps down to 40F. It is also lightweight enough to use as an under-layer when temps go lower. Has some stretch so is very easy to move around, and keeps it's shape so looks very nice for trips into town. Has quickly become my favorite! I like it so much that I just ordered the plum color to keep for a back-up when this one wears out. Fits true to size and the arms are long enough for my 5'9" frame.
  • 2.0 out of 5 stars. Too Big

I tried a Small and a X-Small...both were too big! The sleeves are long and seems extra wide. It looks well made though.

I love this jacket; I am wearing it right now. I wish I would have been fast enough to get it in the purple. Warm and true to size.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Good lightweight jacket

The fit of this jacket is very flattering. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a bit stiff straight out of the packaging but nothing that shouldn't loosen up with a few washes. The length is perfect, a little longer which is what I like. I am 5'2" and 100lbs and the small is perfect to wear with long sleeves or lightweight sweaters.

This is a superior fleece jacket. The fabric, tailoring and fit are very good. It's warm as toast. I look forward to many years of wearing it.

About Woolrich

The esteemed Woolrich clothing company has come a long way since the early 1800s, when founder John Rich sold socks to logging camps from the back of his mule cart. By 1830, Rich had built America’s first woolen mill in Pennsylvania, and it wasn’t long before Woolrich blankets and clothing became a household name. Over the years, this trusted American brand has enhanced its woolens and other fabrics with contemporary textures, dying techniques and washes, all designed to improve performance and comfort for the modern consumer. Today, after nearly two centuries of putting customers first, Woolrich bedding and clothing is still beloved by those who enjoy the great outdoors and all those who appreciate quality.
