Unfortunately the app is horrible for this device and wouldn't sync. I emailed the company and they got right back to me, but the thing still wouldn't connect. Perhaps it was defective or just didn't work with my phone. I ended up paying extra for the Alta and am glad I did. You get what you pay for.
