    The blade is thin, flexible and sharp. This is just right for peeling citrus fruits, pomegranates and the like. II would not expect this to hold up to abuse, but this is a purpose designed knife, not a screwdriver. At this price, I should have purchased a few more!

    I found this knife very useful to peel fruits or veggies as my hands are fairly small. It's pretty sharp too.
