I hate nitpicking at a cute shoe. First off, it's designed to feel like going barefoot - that's why the bottom is so thin. You only know this if you read through their literature. I just had these on my feet and the sizing for a 37 in this model would have been perfect but for that elastic which pulled the shoe into my little toes. Unfortunately, these are going back. Now, if you've been wearing Tori Burch type flats with elastic for a few years now, you will probably not mind. But I don't like this feel at all. it's quite sad for me because many of my shoes are giving me problems because my big toe really does need the wiggle room these shoe provide. I guess I'm a Birkenstocks kind of girl.

This she runs small ordered 38 normally that's the size I wear, my toe hit the tops of the shoe also absolutely no footbed just thin piece between foot and ground. The only reason it got a star is that the shoe was cute.

I ordered these and they run small. The design of shoe causes the toes of foot to hit the toe box end, causing pain. I exchanged for larger size up, same problem. Then the stitching came apart after a few hours of use.

About VivoBarefoot

Having suffered from several foot injuries during his tennis career, Tim Brennan eventually decided that his conventional athletic shoes were to blame and set about creating his own. By the time he officially launched VivoBarefoot shoes in 2004, Brennan had already spent five years on research and development, which included input from sixth generation shoemaker Galahad Clark. At the time, VivoBarefoot running shoes and tennis shoes were the first minimalist athletic shoes engineered with ultra-thin, puncture-resistant soles designed to offer lightweight shock absorption and sensory feedback. The concept took off, and minimalist footwear has been gaining momentum ever since. Today, VivoBarefoot shoes are available in more than 50 different models, from trail running shoes to chukkas. Vivo the revolution.
