I've been camping for years and have used my REI tent exclusively. My family has outgrown that tent, so we decided to look for something easier on the budget than a bigger $500 REI tent. I read reviews about this tent everywhere I could find them and felt it seemed to be a nice tent. I received it last week and set it up in my yard to get familiar with it. Upon setting it up, the bottom seams where the floor attaches to the tent started fraying and coming apart. It was most apparent where the side poles attach. The corners weren't as bad, but still coming apart. The stitches were just popping! The sewing was so poor in some spots that there were holes in the fabric. I can just imagine the water this tent would take on! You obviously get what you pay for, and this was a painful reminder of that.
