Size is a little big for smaller water, and a little small to use as a boat net. Weight is tolerable. The biggest plus is the netting itself. Still a decent value for the price.

What more could you ask for? And this is by far the cheapest rubber landing net you'll find. I give it 4 stars because my first one snapped in half while hopping over a log while walking a river. Definitely didn't take a lot of pressure to break.

Net is adequately lightweight and net holes are adequate for any trout over 10". Finish is only so-so; will probably add some wax or other surface treatment to keep the wood waterproof. Otherwise a very good buy when a decent coupon code is applied.

Lost it in the river it went through the rapids got it back.Stood up to the demanding test.
