Good, basic rain wear

My volunteer activities occasionally take me outside in the rain - for hours sometimes. Umbrellas just aren't enough if the rain comes sideways. And my dog still wants to go for walks, even if it's raining. These pants work well for both. There is not a lot of extra room in them, so don't expect to easily pull them over very heavy denim or fleece. I also got a pair for a friend who walks to work and sometimes her pant legs would be soaked if she had to walk in the rain. She loves them. Would have rated a 5, but am not sure about the durability yet.
