The neck is just a touch small for the size of the garment, and the zipper works well but is at a slightly difficult angle to zip.

Fit is tight, especially at the neck--has a shoulder zipper that is difficult to close (and when you do zip it up, it is uncomfortably tight. I'd definitely size-up. Disappointing.

The challenge lies with the side neck zipper. It is tempermental at best and can be difficult to zip/unzip because of a seam. Also, it does not zip down the entire way due to another seam. I have a small head and it is still a challenge getting it over my head.
