Seem like decent pair of 50% merino boxer briefs. Waistband seems to be weakest link of them, but doesn't feel scratchy or rough to me. I guess a bit more breathable than 100% merino, but not as comfortable...try Stoic for that.

These could have been great boxers. The merino rayon blend has a nice hand, washes well, and doesn't seem to stretch out a whole lot during the day. The cut is pretty good too if a bit on the long and full side. I'm typically a medium with a 32ish waist (6' and 180#) but sometimes I prefer a small and that's what I ordered in these. The small is a very good fit. The only problem with these, and the reason that I didn't give them 5 stars, is that the waist band is super cheap. It's coarse and scratchy with no evidence of any effort made to make it comfortable against the skin. Maybe I wouldn't care if I was some tough firefighter but I could care less about the fabric being fire retardant. I bough them for the merino wool content because I'm slowly converting as many of my clothes as practical to merino or merino blends.

tl;dr These boxers are a very good value. The merino wool blend fabric is quite nice. Cut is a little on the large side. Waist band is cheap and scratchy.
