Great storage, the magnets scare me

It's nice to have a backpack for an all day fishing trip, especially hiking far afield. This pack holds a camelback bladder, my jacket, and food for the day and that's AWESOME! It has one 'built in' zinger, which is nice, but it doesn't have a lot of great places to hang others...not so nice. The straps aren't particularly comfortable, but it's far from the worst pack I've every worn and it keeps me from bringing the kitchen sink with me on trips. The trouble I have is that the fist time I used it, the magnetic compartment opened 'by itself'...I still can't figure out if it grabbed my snips and I pulled it open though movement, or if it grabbed my wading pole or what, but somehow it pulled open and my fly box was 30yds downstream before I noticed. Thankfully I did and I got everything back, but now I keep my flies behind the zipper and the handy magnet compartments I used for other stuff. Over time, if I have no other issues, I may go back, but for now I just don't trust the mags :-/
