Philadelphia. on Wednesday, May 31, 2017I will admit upfront that I am a 1000 mile boot junky. These are the usual well crafted, fine leather boots that made me the way I am. These are a little more casual looking than the smooth leather ones, but the weight of the leather remains the same. Comfortable right out of the box. The only problem I have with the 1000 mile boots in general is that the uppers never seem to wear out. I have had several pairs resoled multiple times, and they just wear in like an old pair of jeans.
I see reports that these run large, but my size (13) is spot on. You won't go wrong with these. -
