Verified Buyer Reviewed by Boulderbelt from Ohio on Saturday, January 23, 2016A nice looking jacket and it is waterproof. But the sleeves are too narrow for my husbands large hands not exactly a loose fit for my small hands to get through.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by RABB2 from cleveland, OH on Thursday, July 16, 2015We like to wear bright or unusual colors for travel. It makes finding one another easier in a crowd.
This jacket fits into the unusual color category. It's a nice, but uncommon shade of green. It fits very well and is easy to return to the supplied pouch. It's large enough for my husband to wear a sweater under it, if necessary..
Reviewed by edepass from Croton-on-Hudson on Tuesday, June 2, 2015Well made, and keeps me cool and dry.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Mike in St. Paul from Minnesota on Friday, November 28, 2014I thought that this rain jacket looked nice and it was offered at a very reasonable price. However, after trying two different sizes (L and XL) I found that the jacket simply doesn't fit right. I usually wear a L in most jackets and they nearly always fit comfortably. However, the L in this jacket was tight and uncomfortable around the body, and the XL, while being way too long in the sleeves, was still somewhat tight around the body, preventing comfortable movement. Also the fabric of the jacket felt papery and cheap when compared to other brands (such as Marmot) even though the fabric looked identical to others.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Maine Coaster from Maine on Saturday, August 2, 2014I saw this jacket on sale at a local retailer but wanted to do a little research before I bought it. I found it at STP and not only did I get to read some customer reviews, it was priced $30 less than the sale price at the other store. I prefer to shop locally but this was such a great deal I went for it.
It's lightweight and does it's job in the rain. I have not been out in the driving rain yet, and that will be the big test. The zipper can be a bit persnickety if you don't take your time but otherwise it's great.
I think it looks good too - kind of a snowboarder-ish vibe.
