Perfect, Except for SleevesVerified Buyer Reviewed by photojon from Chicago suburbs on Thursday, November 23, 2017Notice that the model is wearing the sleeves rolled up in the photo. There is a good reason for this. The fabric, color, comfort, and body fit are just perfect for me in my size. It's a warm and well made shirt. But the sleeves are the equivalent of a cuff length too long. If I button the cuffs and then turn them back the fit is perfect. But that is not really how the shirt should be worn. I considered sending it back for a size smaller, but I'm afraid of getting a shirt that is too snug just to have the right sleeve length. Besides, I think these sleeves are more than one size too long. I am hoping they will draw up a bit after the first washing. Other than the sleeves, I love this shirt and would buy more of them. With proper sleeve length I'd give it five stars.
Top Quality, Warm, Easy MaintenanceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Gila Hiker from New Mexico on Tuesday, October 3, 2017Have never been disappointed by a Woolrich product whether purchased new or used. This shirt is where they started,... wool. Warm, soft - not scratchy, once back on hanger it falls back into perfect shape. Do like the feel of its weight. Some don't. Especially like how it fits in cool weather layering. Looks good as outermost layer and works well (holds heat, lets moisture out) as inner layer.

wool shirtVerified Buyer Reviewed by LVS from Indiana on Friday, December 2, 2016Please keep offering 100% wool shirts, sweaters, and pants. These are getting rare, wool is still the best outdoor fabric. This shirt is not so thick but is a quality woven fabric. I normally wear size L, I got this one in XL so it will fit over other shirts and thankfully XL is not so huge so sized just right for this use.

classic wool shirtVerified Buyer Reviewed by Colorado Mountain Mike from Colorado on Thursday, January 21, 2016Well constructed wool shirt with a pleasing plaid pattern. Classic woods shirt look/fit/feel. Of course not as soft as merino from Ibex and Icebreaker, but I didn't expect it to be; but then I expect it to wear tougher too. You notice the texture/sensation/itch when you put it on, but it mostly fades to the background in just a few minutes. And for warmth outside a short or long merino tee underneath eliminates that mild (and expected) difference. For use in garage during winter, hanging out, car camping and hopefully fall bow hunting - as close to camo as I will go.
