Soft, Comfortable

The sweater is true to size. It is comfortable and flattering. I haven't worn it much because it has been much to warm for a sweater. But when it cools down I am sure that it will become a favorite

I had to send this one back. To the touch it was soft but when I put it on it took me 2 seconds to pull it off...way to itchy! Very warm sweater. It is a pretty color , eggplant purple, and tunic length. Fit is tts.

I love the color (eggplant purple) and length (tunic) of this sweater but it is so scratchy I could t stand it. It felt very soft to the touch without trying it on but once I tried it on I had to take it off quick because it is very warm and I was itching so bad it just felt awful. Maybe just me sensitive to this blend...not sure.

  • Big, thick and warm

This will be a warm addition to any winter or fall outfit. It is nice and long so it could go with leggings. I'll pair it with skinny jeans and boots. It was so warm trying it on I had to take it off fairly quickly. I will welcome that in the winter months. I do think it will pill fairly quickly. It just has that feel to it. If I can update, I will. The cowl neck is pretty. The front hangs off of my chest and isn't super flattering but it is cozy and warm. I am 5'7" and I got the XL. I could have done well with a L. The sleeves are plenty long. I had layering in mind so went up a size.

  • Scratchy and a bad smell
Verified Buyer Reviewed by IM from New York on Wednesday, February 3, 2016
The fit is great, but this product is too scratchy to wear next to skin. More than that, there is an odor that is unpleasant. It smells like diesel. I have washed it twice on delicate, and it came through the wash perfectly, BUT with the smell undiminished. If the shipping back was more reasonable, I would send it back. Not happy

About Woolrich

The esteemed Woolrich clothing company has come a long way since the early 1800s, when founder John Rich sold socks to logging camps from the back of his mule cart. By 1830, Rich had built America’s first woolen mill in Pennsylvania, and it wasn’t long before Woolrich blankets and clothing became a household name. Over the years, this trusted American brand has enhanced its woolens and other fabrics with contemporary textures, dying techniques and washes, all designed to improve performance and comfort for the modern consumer. Today, after nearly two centuries of putting customers first, Woolrich bedding and clothing is still beloved by those who enjoy the great outdoors and all those who appreciate quality.
