I have fairly narrow foot, and these slippers fit perfectly. After buying three other brands of slippers, and putting up with poor arch support, floppy fit, especially when wearing them without socks, these slippers fit, stay on my feet and are warm, and comfortable even without socks.

I have had many pairs of slippers over the years, and this is the first one that had an odor problem after a few months of moderate wear. No instructions on whether you can wash or not.

Easy to get on and stay on. Good for a trip to the mail box, and don't look sloppy.
    • Best Uses: House slippers
    • Cons: Nothing negative
    • Pros: the best fit

true to size and well constructed. I think they'll last well. I wear a size 10 and sometimes have problems with shoes being too snug across the foot but these are comfortable.

I tend to wear slippers around the house at all times. These are quite comfortable and have a substantial enough sole that I'm OK going into our unfinished basement or outside on the deck or concrete driveway.
They make my feet warmer than I'd like, though. We have radiant floor heating, so I don't need a lot of insulation in my footwear, and I notice my feet getting too warm after I wear these slippers for any length of time. Many people may appreciate the extra warmth.
Related to the extra warmth, I think that the faux fur lining exaggerates the problem. I wish that the product description clearly stated that the fleece lining was man-made.
    • Best Uses: All around the house, Cool Weather
    • Cons: A little too warm
    • Pros: Comfortable, Fit well, SLIP RESISTANT

  • “Is the "fleece" in this product natural wool fleece, or synthetic?”
Asked by Anonymous from Unknown on 12/31/2011 12:00:00 AM
    • The fleece is a synthetic fleece lining.
Answered on 1/3/2012 12:00:00 AM by Prod. Spec. Ryan from Sierra Trading Post
    • Fleece lining is definitely synthetic/man-made, per the label stitched inside each slipper. This is not shown clearly enough in the product description.

About Woolrich

The esteemed Woolrich clothing company has come a long way since the early 1800s, when founder John Rich sold socks to logging camps from the back of his mule cart. By 1830, Rich had built America’s first woolen mill in Pennsylvania, and it wasn’t long before Woolrich blankets and clothing became a household name. Over the years, this trusted American brand has enhanced its woolens and other fabrics with contemporary textures, dying techniques and washes, all designed to improve performance and comfort for the modern consumer. Today, after nearly two centuries of putting customers first, Woolrich bedding and clothing is still beloved by those who enjoy the great outdoors and all those who appreciate quality.
