I love this dress. I'm 5'3 120 pounds and usually wear a medium because of broad shoulders. This dress in a medium fit perfectly. It can be dressed up or down. It is loose enough on me to be very comfy but tapered enough to not look too baggy. I wore it with tights and boots, you can add a scarf or ... Read More

Im not sure if all sizes would do this but the XS seems to have a great amount of excess fabric in the back/butt area. Unless you are XS with an extremely large bootie this might feel too big and boxy on you. Otherwise it is very nice - fabric is thin-ish but not see-through - great for warm days, and nice and soft. Color is a very dark navy/denim. Length is exactly as pictured. I returned it because of the weirdness in the back, but I'm long and lean so maybe it's just not good for my boyish figure.

I almost didn't purchase this dress based on other reviews, but I'm so glad I did. I'm 5'5", 140 Lbs & 34 D. I ordered a Medium and just love the flattering fit. It's a 3 season dress, classic look and easy to dress up or down. The tencel denim has a beautiful drape, and is dressier than 'denim'. Very happy!

The fabric is lovely but light weight. It just did not hang well and was bunchy. returned it

I read review and I ordered Large as my usual size is small or medium. I am 5.4 135lb. athletic built.
It does not look flattering at all. I've tried putting on belt, then, it look weird cause so much fabric around the waist.
Anybody with a very shoulder should wear for your true size.

The dress appears to be well-made; the fabric is attractive, looks denim-y, but it's very light-weight. And, as several others have noted, it runs small. Quite small. I wear size 8 mostly and ordered size M (8-10). I could wear it but there's not much ease, especially in the shoulders, and with the thin fabric will bag out in back after sitting. Think it'll go back to Sierra.

About Woolrich

The esteemed Woolrich clothing company has come a long way since the early 1800s, when founder John Rich sold socks to logging camps from the back of his mule cart. By 1830, Rich had built America’s first woolen mill in Pennsylvania, and it wasn’t long before Woolrich blankets and clothing became a household name. Over the years, this trusted American brand has enhanced its woolens and other fabrics with contemporary textures, dying techniques and washes, all designed to improve performance and comfort for the modern consumer.
