Simply The Best!

Last year my husband slipped on ice at work & banged up his face & right knee. Young & healthy at 45, he really got hurt. Smacking your face on cold, hard concrete doesn't feel good & leaves a pretty good mark.Feeling bad for him, I searched the internet for something to prevent that from happening again. I found these Yaktrax & bought them locally from another store at twice the price. I tried them first to see if they really worked as they stated.I put them on & my boys & I were off on our 1.5 mile walk. WOW! Did they ever work! I felt like a little 4x4. I walked right up & down pretty steep hills & didn't slip once. My boys were sliding & trying to get traction. They couldn't believe I wasn't slipping at all. So I took them off & let them try it. They were pretty impressed too.So, this year 2007, I decided to buy a pair for my parents, my boys & myself. I searched the internet & found this awesome deal on [...] & bought 5 pair. [...]Sat. Dec. 1, 2007, it snowed about 3-4" in Redmond, WA. To test these even more, I put the Yaktrax on my 1.5" platform tennis shoes & we were off again on our 1.5 mile walk. I even ran & jogged a little to see if I would slip. I didn't slip or slide, not even a little bit. These Yaktrax are simply amazing! I think everyone should have a pair, especially if you work outside.A tip, if you're buying for kids. Unless they are very young, with tiny feet, I would buy the large. The large is about 9" long out of the package & they really stretch. My husband wear's a size 11 tennis shoe & 12 in boots. The large fit him perfect. However, the large fit me too & I wear a size 6 tennis shoe. My boy's wear a size 7 & 9 shoe. I got them a large too, so they will still fit years from now as their feet grow. You don't want to wear these & walk on any nice floor or hardwood. They are not sharp, but could possibly scratch your floor. Put them on in the garage, outside or even before you get out of your car. They're really quick & easy.Slip Yaktrax over any full soled shoe or boot & you're good to go. Never worry about slipping or falling on snow or ice again. They are awesome! Get a pair, you won't be sorry.
