A must have...

I love these things. I have been using them for running all winter, even in the snowiest and iciest conditions. I have had them for 2 months and logged over 100 miles on them. They show limited signs of wear, but I am careful to use them when I think I really need them, and avoid using them on long stretches of pavement. Our roads are not salted so we pretty much have a coating of snow all of the time, and it can be slippery. It also helps me stay on the shoulder because I can run with confidence there and not have to drift into the road for footing. I am still conscious of the surface, and use general caution because I know they are not infallible, but so far have not slipped at all in any conditions. They take some practice to get on, but stay on well. I have small, and use with a ladies 8 sneaker or a bulky ladies 6.5 boot. Overall just a simple, but awesome product!
