5.0 out of 5 stars. Pretty happy with purchase

I ordered a 8.5 instead of my usual 7.5 because I wasn't sure if they ran small or if they would be too uncomfortable since they look a little more aggressive than my La Sportiva Tarantulace shoes. I wish I would have went with a 7.5 or 8 because they do stretch some since they are leather and they weren't super tight new. They work awesome and are def more grippy than my Tarantulace's. I can smear easier and get my feet on those tiny little foot holds. I do slip them off while I'm belaying someone because they do run a little narrow in the toe width(most aggressive shoes are more uncomfortable in this area). But they have a Velcro closure (so easy to take off and on, another bonus over my La Sportiva's). Would buy this brand again.

About Zamberlan

This brand’s tradition of manufacturing top-quality hiking boots actually dates back more than 85 years, when Giuseppe Zamberlan founded the company in Italy, (and it remains a family-owned business today). The history of Zamberlan boots and Vibram® outsoles are also intertwined. When Giuseppe Zamberlan and Vitali Bramani jointly developed the now-famous Vibram® all-terrain outsoles, Zamberlan hiking boots were among the first in the world to feature them. Today, Vibram® soles are standard on every pair of Zamberlan hiking boots. Other technology you’ll frequently find includes Gore-Tex® waterproof breathable inserts, Flex-STM technology for outstanding lateral support, Z-Tec anatomic lasts and many more. If you demand the absolute best, consider choosing a pair of hiking boots or mountaineering boots from Zamberlan. You won’t be disappointed.
