The best hiking, waterproof boots I've ever owned! Tried them out in Zion and I was not disappointed! My feet were dry and comfortable for the 8 hour hike! The grip is outstanding and I would recommend to any level of hiker!

I exchanged these boots once (a whole down) and still they are too big. I'm an average 7-7.5. Unfortunately I waited a whole month to try them out so it passed the return policy. I had my pal who is size 8 try them and she said something was wrong with the boots became the size written on the boots does not match the actual boot. She said they were size 9!
I've ordered other boots from the Trading Post and never had this be an issue.

These boots are well made and light but the fit just wasn't for me. I found the footbed to be uncomfortable.

I bought these for a friend who needs boots for a ski weekend now and in the future. She wears a 6.5 in US sizing in most boots, but these were too large. Unfortunately, there was not a size 6. She was so disappointed, because she really did like them. I can't attest to how they perform since she just tried them on in her house for about 5 minutes, but I give it 5 stars based on her comments in those 5 minutes.

These boots are very well made, fit my foot and ankle very nicely even though I have a narrow foot. The insole is a little firm but it does keep me from pronating. Ignore the US sizing guide because its wrong and order according to the EURO size that best fits you.

    • Boots have good tread/traction.

    • I actually do a lot of hiking, but I just got the boots last week and I haven't had a chance to go hiking in them yet. I think they will have good traction based on the fact they have vibram soles.

    • This boot has pretty decent traction.

About Zamberlan

This brand’s tradition of manufacturing top-quality hiking boots actually dates back more than 85 years, when Giuseppe Zamberlan founded the company in Italy, (and it remains a family-owned business today). The history of Zamberlan boots and Vibram® outsoles are also intertwined. When Giuseppe Zamberlan and Vitali Bramani jointly developed the now-famous Vibram® all-terrain outsoles, Zamberlan hiking boots were among the first in the world to feature them. Today, Vibram® soles are standard on every pair of Zamberlan hiking boots. Other technology you’ll frequently find includes Gore-Tex® waterproof breathable inserts, Flex-STM technology for outstanding lateral support, Z-Tec anatomic lasts and many more. If you demand the absolute best, consider choosing a pair of hiking boots or mountaineering boots from Zamberlan. You won’t be disappointed.
