I put in 3 miles a day without fail and these shoes are the best I have found as far as comfort, stability and durability. They are well vented and I truly like the fit and looks. They are good for a little over 300 miles. I just received my third pair since changing brands.

I love that they are a slip on shoe with laces, seeing as you don't have the tongue of the shoe slipping to one side or down in the shoe where it doesn't belong. I do have to tie them a little tighter when I go running because they are a little slippery on the inside, but overall I love them! I am contemplating buying another pair.
